About Naturela

Who are you and what do you do?

Naturela was founded by Renee Allen, MD, a board-certified OBGYN, and Chef Omar Powell, a classically trained French chef, in 2023, with the mission to blend medical expertise and nutritional wisdom to offer holistic wellness solutions.

When and why did you start your publishing company?

In 2023, Dr. Renee Allen and Chef Omar Powell founded Naturela with a shared vision of empowering individuals to achieve holistic wellness through natural and sustainable health practices. Their passion for nutrition, mental wellness, and overall well-being has been the driving force behind their mission to make holistic health attainable for everyone. Guided by their expertise and compassion, Naturela continues to inspire individuals to live their healthiest and happiest lives.

Our range includes comprehensive guides on nutrition, fertility, and metaphysical practices, available in print, digital, and audio formats. We also offer e-books and audio books in different formats, such as PDF, EPUB, MOBI, MP3, etc.

Can I find Naturela's books in libraries or bookstores?

Our publications are available through major online platforms, with plans to expand to physical and library distribution soon.

How can I buy or download your books, e-books, or audio books?

You can buy or download our books, e-books, or audio books from our website. Just go to our e-books or audiobooks page and browse our catalogue. You can filter by genre, author, format, and price. You can also read summaries, reviews, and ratings for each book. Once you find the book you want, you can click on the Buy or Download button and follow the instructions.

How can I read or listen to your e-books or audio books?

You can read or listen to our e-books or audio books on any device, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, e-readers, etc. You just need to have the appropriate app or software to open the file. For example, you can use Kindle, Nook, Kobo, or iBooks to read our e-books, and Audible, Spotify, iTunes, or Google Play to listen to our audio books.

How do you print and ship your books?

We use print-on-demand (POD) vendors to print and ship your books directly to you, without us having to be involved. This way, you can get your books faster, cheaper, and more conveniently. POD vendors are integrated into our website, so you can order your books with ease. Some of the POD vendors we use are Lulu, IngramSpark, Printify, and Gelato. What kind of merchandise do you plan to offer in the future?

We’re planning to launch a curated selection of eco-friendly yoga merchandise, organic skincare, essential oils, and natural teas.

How do I book a consultation, and what are the fees?

Are there follow-up sessions available after the initial consultation?

Yes, at an additional cost, we offer follow-up sessions to track your progress and adjust your wellness plan as needed.

What are e-courses and what topics do you offer?

A membership subscription is a plan that gives you access to exclusive perks, content, features, and rewards from Naturela.  Our Members receive exclusive access to premium content, discounts on our wellness products and services, and early invites to workshops and events.

You can choose from different plans, such as Basic, Premium, or VIP, depending on your preferences and budget. Some of the benefits of a membership subscription are:

Free or discounted consultation/coaching services, books, e-books, audiobooks, merchandise, and e-courses

How can I cancel or change my membership subscription?

You can cancel or change your membership subscription at any time, without any fees or penalties. You just need to log in to your account and go to your Subscription Settings. You can cancel your subscription by clicking on the Cancel button, or change your plan by clicking on the Change Plan button. You will receive a confirmation email and a farewell message from us.

You can also see the information, objectives, syllabus, and instructor of each e-course. Once you find the e-course you want, you can click on the Enroll button and enter your payment information. You can pay with your credit card or PayPal account. You will receive a confirmation email and an access link to the e-course.

How can I access and complete an e-course?

You can access and complete an e-course from any device, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, etc. You just need to have an internet connection and a browser. You can access the e-course by clicking on the link that we sent you, or by logging in to your account and going to your E-Courses page. You can complete the e-course at your own pace, and you can pause, resume, or repeat any lesson as you wish. You can also interact with the instructor and other students through the comments, forums, or chats. Once you complete the e-course, you will receive a certificate of completion and a feedback survey.

What are your hours of operation and response time?

We are open from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (EST). For immediate assistance, email us directly. Our team strives to respond to inquiries within 24 hours.  Although we usually respond to your messages within 24 hours, it may take longer during weekends or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Where is Naturela located, and do you offer international consultations?

Naturela is based online, offering consultations worldwide via video call to accommodate our global clientele.
